2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their health, goals, and preferences.

• Results depend on the client's commitment to the program; therefore, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• All payments for services must be made in full or according to agreed payment plans before services begin.

• Refunds for coaching programs are only offered within 7 days of purchase and are subject to administrative fees. No refunds are provided once coaching sessions have begun.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, including but not limited to program materials, guides, and website content, is the intellectual property of Allest Wellness.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is prohibited.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Allest Wellness is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or other outcomes resulting from the use of its services or information. Clients agree to use the services at their own risk.

7. Updates to Terms

Allest Wellness reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
